This article showed up in my news feed. Based on my experience, my vote is against the FDA on this one. I know it's pathetic but I just got off the treadmill - 3 minutes at a 15 minute mile clip. But then I never expected to run again at all.

Fri, 11/13/2009 - 23:03 — BruceLerner2nd to last PT. Knee flex the about the same in both knees at 130 degrees. Overall the knee feels good. Still just walking and only sometimes attacking the stairs, but I've come a long way in 8 weeks.
