This article showed up in my news feed. Based on my experience, my vote is against the FDA on this one. I know it's pathetic but I just got off the treadmill - 3 minutes at a 15 minute mile clip. But then I never expected to run again at all.

Once again I am at Balticon, the Maryland Regional Science Fiction Convention sponsored by the Baltimore Science Fiction Society. Last year while I enjoyed the Con, getting around was difficult. I'm glad to say that I'm doing a ton of walking including up and down stairs and the knee is holding out spectacularly. It's a lot more fun when you're mobile.
Wow. Missed 106 Days. A little short on consistency. Life became tumultuous at the begining of November. After a few updates I succumbed. March. a quick catch up.

If I wasn't buried at work I would have gone for a walk at lunchtime.
2nd to last PT. Knee flex the about the same in both knees at 130 degrees. Overall the knee feels good. Still just walking and only sometimes attacking the stairs, but I've come a long way in 8 weeks.
